3. What is the difference between a PRE-BUILT and CUSTOM order?

We ship out PRE-BUILT arcades within 3-4 weeks compared to around 3 months on CUSTOM orders. Our PRE-BUILT arcades have some customization available, while CUSTOM builds have the FULL range customization available. Custom builds are a blank slate and made to order!

4. What games are on the system?

Play ALL of the classic arcade and console games when upgrading to our latest 66TB drive system with 73,000+ games. This includes everything through PS2 into PS3 and Switch/PC games coming out TODAY. Not seeing a game you want, request it! We are adding games daily and encourage ALL game requests!

5. How can I see your products up close?

• Our Shop is open M-F 8-4 PM and all visitors are welcome! We are located at 3041 Michigan Ave. Stevens Point, WI 54481. Come "Test Drive" your dream arcade!

• Xbox/Wii Controllers: Play thousands of console games on your machine with Xbox One controllers/Wii controllers. Each controller is programmed and ready for gaming. We only use OFFICIAL Xbox and Wii controllers!
• RGB Trim:Bring your Arcade to life and dazzle your family friends with this popular upgrade. Light up your sides or panel... or both with brilliant RGB rope lighting that can change colors and cycle through different effects!
• Expansion Drives:Each arcade comes with our standard 18TB drive system that includes over 50,000 old school and new school games! Upgrade to our amazing 66TB drive system that includes over 73,000 games and growing daily. We also provide FREE software updates for LIFE!

8. What are the Light Gun Options?

Light Guns are the perfect addition for your machine! Each gun is pre-calibrated to ensure accurate aim for hours of fun! Choose between Non Recoil or Recoil Aimtrak guns or upgrade further to Gun4IR. Includes gun holsters installed for easy storage.
Aimtrak Overview: Ultimarc's Aimtrack gun has 2 x action buttons and 1 x trigger, features an ergonomic design and is made of high quality materials, including a 4 meter long USB cable, allowing it to be used on large screens or larger gaming systems. Its advanced optical technology detects the position of the cursor and the direction of the player's aim for the highest possible accuracy.

9. It is the BIGGEST arcade on the market, will it fit in my house?

Yes, EVERY arcade will fit through 30" standard door ways by simply and easily removing the control panel. Do you have a staircase or tight corner you are worried about maneuvering your arcade through? You can upgrade to a 3-piece build and know you will have no problems moving it exactly where you want it!

10. How do I purchase a machine?

Visit our online store and complete the checkout process for a PRE-BUILT arcade OR submit our CUSTOM order form. You will receive a phone call or email within 24 business hours to confirm your order and collect your $1,000 down payment. Your full payment is due AFTER we complete your arcade and you approve your "FINAL PHOTOS" just prior to shipping.
